Natalie Alana has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2004. She is very passionate about the industry and education. She has been using Redken products since 2010. She has attended classes at their headquarters The Redken Exchange in New York City on 5th Ave many times. She has been a Redken Certified Haircolorist since 2013. She became a Redken Artist in 2015. Being an Artist for the company means she travels and teaches other stylists in the industry as well as working backstage at events. She won Redken's Next Big Thing in August 2016 and got to go to Hollywood to interview with all the top salon magazines, do photoshoots, and do hair backstage at the NYX Face Awards. She has always wanted to be a salon owner so she can be a positive leader in the industry. Plus her passion is growing other stylists.

Megan Pelon

Megan has always had a passion for the art industry. Weather it be drawing, painting, jewelry making, she has loved anything that would show off her creative side. In 2014, Megan decided she wanted to take her passion to the next level and attend The Salon Professional Academy. She found out she had a love for color by seeing all the different options there were to create a beautiful canvas on a head of hair. She graduated April 2015 and found a home at Natalie Alana Hair and Makeup Studios. She is currently a level one stylist and plans on becoming color certified. Along with hair she also enjoys creating different looks and styles with makeup. Anything from natural to fun, vibrant looks, which she also incorporates into her own makeup daily. Along with learning new techniques inside the salon, she also attends continuing education to broaden her horizons. She has attended classes with Sam Villa, Jerric Fruits, Brian Bowen, and also Makeup classes at Makeup Forever. In Fall of 2016, she will be attending 4 days worth of classes to become a Redken Specialist. This will start her journey toward becoming color certified.

Brianna Morrison

Brianna has been a stylist and make up artist since 2012. She attended ITS Academy a year after moving to Texas, graduated, and then was hired by Natalie under the Redken associate program. She is a level 2 stylist, a Redken Specialist, and is regularly continuing her Redken education. She has attended classes with Leah Freeman, Jerric Fruits, Joey West, Brian Bowman, Molly Simien, Sam Villa and Andrew Carruthers. She is currently focusing her passion on hair cutting techniques and plans on becoming design certified. Brianna enjoys taking classes at Makeup forever to improve her make up techniques. Her true love is period piece make up, specializing in pin-up style design and cosplay/costume makeup. Although these are her focal points, she also loves variety; from vibrant colors, dramatic blondes, soft glam, to hard rock. She's always playing with and creating different looks.
